 This week in Year 3, we have been working extremely hard and enjoying the following activities:

• Maths  - Describing turns and angles, classifying shapes based on their properties, comparing angles within shapes, drawing shapes accurately, lines of symmetry in 2D shapes and properties of 3D shapes.
• English – We have continued our work on alternative fairy tales and this week have written from the bears perspective from Goldilocks and the Three Bears
• Geography – Climates around the world
• Science – Human body investigation
• Spelling – Possessive Apostrophes
• Music, Computing and French
• P.E.
• Refugee Week

Next week, we shall be enjoying the following activities:

• Maths  - Sorting 3D shapes based on their properties and making a range of 3D shapes
• English – Reading Assessments
• Geography – Creating our own weather reports for different continents around the world
• Science – Science Assessments
• Music, Computing and French
• P.E.
• PSHE – Change Me
• Sports Day on 27/6/19 at 9am till 12pm
