We have had a wonderful week.

We have been learning:

Maths - Number bonds to 10 and 20. We have been solving tricky problems such as: 4+2 < 4+____

English - We have been continuing to look at the story 'The Little Red Hen'. We used our imagination to change the character and setting to create our own story. 

History - We have been talking about Rememberance Sunday. 

RE - We have been celebrating Diwali and also we started talking about the Christmas Story. 

We have also been focusing on counting backwards in 2s. We will continue to practise this.

Next week we will be:

Maths – We will exploring subtraction 

English - Using the suffix 'ed'

Geography - beginning to explore our local area

ICT - We will be introducing Scratch
