This week we have been:

Maths - Exploring more and less (focussing on what digit changes)

English – Sequencing and recounting the story of Up.

Geography - Exploring England and locating cities around England. 

Rainbow Smiles – 1DN and 1N had a visit from Donna. Donna talked to us about friendship. 

Shape – We recapped our knowledge of 2D shape and their properties. 

We welcomed some special visitors from Australia in to school. We told them about how we love Read Write Inc. 

Next week: 

Maths –  addition by making 10 

English – Using the conjunction 'so'

Geography - Comparing the UK and beginning to look at the continents of the world.

Rainbow Smiles – We will welcome a visit from Donna for 1D and 1M. Donna will talk to us about friendship. 

RE – Story of Zacchaeus 

ICT – computer programming using Scratch.
