Thank you very much for the fantastic Maths projects!
This week we have been:
Maths – Continuing to look at place value. We have also used the inequality symbols to demonstrate our knowledge.
English - We travelled back in time and became Robert Falcon Scott. We created our own diary entry.
Science - We started to talk about seasons. We have a great debate about how February is a winter month however it was very warm this week.
ICT – We created our own characters on Scratch.
RE – We discussed how people welcome The Queen when she visits places.
Next week :
Maths – Solving missing number problems by using our value of place value.
English - they , our , are
We are exploring a new book and developing our inference skills.
Science - looking at how trees change during the seasons.
RE – Comparing how we welcome special visitors today compared to how Jesus was welcomed into Nazareth.
Next Thursday is - WORLD BOOK DAY!
Children will be taking part in a range of fun activities.
